For Apple, Google and Amazon users – I have an account with BrainTest, but I can’t log in. What should I do?
To retrieve your BrainTest account, do the following:
- Tap on “Existing User” button on the BrainTest page
- Tap on “Find My Account” button to retrieve your account
If system recognizes your account, it should directly log you in.
Still can’t log in?
- If system found that you initially have a log in account that you created, it may require you to log in on the Log In page.
- If you don’t remember your password, tap on “Forgot Password” to request a new password.
Note: It may require you to log into your iTunes, GooglePlay or Amazon account if you have not previously logged in.
