For Apple, Google and Amazon users – I have an account with BrainTest, but I can’t log in. What should I do?

To retrieve your BrainTest account, do the following:

  1. Tap on “Existing User” button on the BrainTest page
  2. Tap on “Find My Account” button to retrieve your account

If system recognizes your account, it should directly log you in.

Still can’t log in?

  • If system found that you initially have a log in account that you created, it may require you to log in on the Log In page.
  • If you don’t remember your password, tap on “Forgot Password” to request a new password.

Note: It may require you to log into your iTunes, GooglePlay or Amazon account if you have not previously logged in.
